Reference: Tender for various services providers in Dar, Tabora & Katavi

Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization. Mercy Corps is floating a tender for the below service providers:

1ST STEP

Interested suppliers will first need to request for the Intent to bid form on tz- procurement@mercycorps. org with a subject line I.E “Intent to Bid Tender no. TZS015 ” and submit a completed form to the same email address by 24th June, 2024

2ND STEP

The below Tender documents will be sent to the suppliers who only submitted Intent to Bid Forms.

Request for proposal document Detailed technical specification document , Package supplier information form and Package price offer sheet

All Proposals must be submitted to tz-procurement@mercycorps.org with the Tender description and number i.e “Office stationery and Consumables for Tabora & Ulyankulu TZ015” in the email subject line before 28th June,2024

Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered. Only legally registered firms will be considered.
