Tender Notice

Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps is floating a tender for Procurement of two Motor Vehicles for our offices in Dar es salaam and Tabora / Katavi.

1ST STEP

Interested suppliers will first need to request for the Intent to bid form on tz-procurement@mercycorps.org with a subject line ” Intent to Bid

PR no. 362″ and submit a completed form to the same email address by 27th May, 2024

2ND STEP

The below Tender documents will be sent to the suppliers who only submitted Intent to Bid Forms.

• Request for proposal document
• Detailed technical specification document
• Package supplier information form
• Package price offer sheet

All Proposals must be submitted to tz-procurement@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number “Procurement of MCTZ Motor Vehicle – PR no. 362” in the email subject line by 31st May, 2024.

Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered. Only legally registered firms will be considered.
