SALES OFFICER

OPPO TANZANIA is the company dealing with selling of OPPO phones and accessories, we are hiring a SALES REPRESENTATIVES for DAR ES SALAAM, TUNDUMA, NJOMBE, SONGEA and MTWARA.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Able to understand our industry competitive brand knowledge
  • Dynamic follow up of targets (monthly targets, weekly targets, daily targets)
  • Quickly understand and provide help for daily Sales changes
  • Understanding of product knowledge training for our company various models
  • Able to communicate with promoters and know how to solve problems for promoters and achieve targets
  • Ability to establish regional outstanding personnel, outstanding personnel push sales throughout the region

  • Developing and implementing Sales processes for Sales teams, specialists and other representatives.
  • Researching and analysing data to create sales forecasts
  • Collaborating with other department and upper management to identify business goals
  • Training sales representatives identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer
  • Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency

REQUREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
