Mamba Minerals Corporation Limited, a company incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania with incorporation number 163504529, is seeking expressions of interest from reputable and qualified providers to undertake the early mining works which will involve clearing and earthworks activities for the plant access road and pad at its Ngualla project site located in Songwe region.

Relevant Capabilities and Experience

The EOI submission shall address as a minimum the following to detail your company’s capacity, technical ability, and availability to participate in the RFP process and if successful to deliver the early mining works services.

Interested and qualified parties wishing to provide their services in line with the above-listed request must submit the following documents to the Company for verification:

2. Certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association
3. Registered office address
4. Proof of local content compliance
5. Up to date BRELA search
6. Certified copy of current Business License
7. Tax Clearance Certificate
8. TIN Certificate
9. VAT Certificate
10. Details of Company Representative / Contact Person
11. Latest audited accounts
12. Detailed previous experience in Tanzania with contactable relevant references.
13. Commercial Capabilities
