We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, experienced, competent, and qualified Tanzanian to fill the vacant position of Camp Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE;

1. i) Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hotel management
2. ii) The candidate should have an experience of not less than 3 years working as a Camp Manager, and should have age between 25 – 45 years

iii) Proven experience as a Camp Manager in Tanzania National Parks

1. iv) Knowledge of proper Management skills
2. v) Familiar with standard concepts and best practices in supervision operations
3. vi) Attentive to details and problem-solving abilities

vii) Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

viii) Excellent interpersonal skills.

1. ix) Very honest and trustful
2. x) Highly self-motivated
3. xi) Strong Verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Swahili. Knowledge of Germany is an added advantage.

SALARY: Negotiable
