Request For Expression Of Interest (EOI)

PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR SUPPLY OF GOODS & SERVICES
FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2024-2025

Haven of Peace Academy (HOPAC) is a faith based educational institution founded in 1994 for children of missionaries but has evolved into a Christian International School which has a diverse student population child of missionaries and full-time Christian service workers; children of expats working in the non-profit and for-profit sector and children of Tanzanians working in the for-profit and public sectors. The institution is in Kunduchi at the junction of Salasala Road and Bagamoyo Road in Kinondoni Municipal in Dar es Salaam.

HOPAC invites qualified and competent suppliers duly registered in Tanzania with the relevant authorities and have legal authorisation to provide such goods and services to express their interest not later than 10^th June 2024 by e mailing procurement@hopac.sc.tz with subject “Expression of Interest for Prequalification of Supplier of Goods & Services for 2024-25 FY”

HOPAC shall send to all prospective suppliers on/before 15th June 2024 a letter with terms and conditions to be followed to participate in the process.

All request for clarifications and questions strictly relating the exercise should be

directed via e mail only to procurement@hopac.sc.tz
