Foreperson

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finishing Foreman with more than 5 years of working experience to join our team. As a Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the final stages of construction projects, ensuring that all finishing work is completed to the highest standards of quality and within specified timelines.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and coordinate all finishing work on construction projects, including carpentry, painting, tiling, and other tasks as required.

– Supervise subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.

– Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.

– Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

– Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

– Keep detailed records of work progress, materials usage, and any issues encountered.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.

– In-depth knowledge of construction techniques and materials, particularly in the finishing stages of projects.

– Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
