Your responsibilities will span the comprehensive management of the hotel’s operations and staff, including front-of-house services, back-of-house, and oversight of finance, sales, marketing, and human resources. You will manage budgets, optimize expenses, and ensure profitability without compromising our commitment to exceptional service.

We are looking for someone with a formal education in Business Management and strong foundations in Hospitality, who is ready to take an ambitious step in their career. You should be well-traveled, comfortable working across diverse cultures, and experienced in leading teams in challenging, dynamic environments.

Gross Monthly Salary Range: USD 3,000 – 3,600

Qualifications and Experience

· Outstanding management skills and strong hands-on experience, with significant luxury and international experience.

· A bachelor’s degree, equivalent or superior, in Business Administration and/or Hospitality Management.

· 5 years in a Business Management role with 3 years of experience in Hospitality.
