Scope of Tasks Performed at the Workplace
- conducting internal training throughout Poland (on-site and remotely, depending on needs)
- preparation of programs and materials for internal training
- participation in conducting training needs analysis
- participation in the evaluation of internal training sessions
- Requirements
Requirements Necessary
- necessary higher education
- at least 3 years of work in conducting training and/or in the substantive area
- minimum 3 years of experience

- the place of work will be, if possible, the ZUS unit closest to the candidate’s place of residence
- the recruitment process will include an online interview and possibly a cross-sectional knowledge test in the subject of ZUS activities (1st stage of recruitment) and checking practical skills in conducting training as part of trainer sampling (2nd stage carried out at the ZUS Headquarters)
